Returns Policy

"NO QUESTIONS ASKED" Return/Refund/Exchange Policy 

 

We have a very simple “No Questions Asked” return, refund, exchange policy. 

 

We do not have any restrictions on returns, refunds, or exchanges should the customer deem them to be “Reasonable”. 

 

We do not intend to develop a long list of caveats or hoops for customers to jump through. 

 

In the event a refund is requested within three (3) months of the original purchase, we will be able to process the refund electronically in our system for: 

-Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) 

-China UnionPay 

-AliPay 

-PayPal 

 

Electronic refunds are instant. 

 

All of our staff have access and authority to process refunds. 

 

For refunds where the payment system does not support online refunds, a refund must be done by bank transfer back to the customer’s designated account: 

-EPS 

-PPS 

-Octopus 

 

Bank transfer refunds are always processed within one (1) business day (Hong Kong SAR). 

 

In the event a refund is requested outside of the three (3) month window for electronic refund: 

-Credit Cards 

--Refund will be processed by paper form which typically takes ~3 weeks 

-China UnionPay/AliPay 

--Refund must be done by bank transfer 

 

Customers may optionally request a ‘store credit’ in the form of an electronic ‘gift certificate’ as an alternative to a refund.
